New Morning Classes!

We are now holding classes Mondays 7-8am, Wednesdays 6-7am, and Saturdays 8:30-9:45am.  These classes will be held in addition to the regular class schedule.  Classes are an invigorating All Levels with plenty of modifications offered for everyone to feel comfortable.  A great energizing way to start your day!
